Andrew Armstrong
Managing Director
Andrew is the Managing Director of BrookTech, leading the strategic direction and delivery of the organisation’s advanced manufacturing and digital transformation programmes.
With extensive experience in advanced manufacturing, programme delivery, and industry engagement, Andrew works closely with manufacturers to secure and implement high-value projects that drive innovation, productivity, and growth across the sector.
Andrew is BrookTech’s Lead Certified SIRI Assessor and Lead Certified OPERI Assessor, supporting manufacturers to objectively assess their digital maturity and develop practical, impact-driven strategies for adopting and scaling Industry 4.0 technologies.
Alex Musselwhite
Associate SIRI & OPERI Assessor
Alex is an engineer with a First-Class Honours BEng in Mechanical Engineering, specialising in advanced manufacturing processes and industrial improvement.
He previously worked as an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer at Rolls-Royce, with additional experience at Nissan and Magnetic Systems Technology, where he developed strong expertise in manufacturing optimisation and production systems.
At BrookTech, Alex supports the management and delivery of improvement and digital transformation projects with manufacturing clients. He is also an Associate Certified SIRI Assessor and Associate Certified OPERI Assessor, helping manufacturers assess their digital maturity and identify opportunities to adopt and scale Industry 4.0 technologies.
Christian Arniakos
Group Head of Finance
Christian is the Group Head of Finance, responsible for leading the organisation’s financial management and supporting its strategic and commercial objectives.
He provides financial oversight across projects and programmes, ensuring strong financial governance and enabling informed decision-making across the business.
Christian works closely with the leadership team to support sustainable growth and maintain the organisation’s commitment to financial transparency and performance.
