About
BrookTech is a Sheffield-based consultancy supporting manufacturers to accelerate their digital transformation journeys. We combine deep industry expertise with practical delivery to help businesses improve productivity, resilience, and competitiveness in an increasingly digital world.
At the heart of our approach is a commitment to making advanced technologies accessible and actionable. We work closely with our clients to assess their current capabilities, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement tailored solutions that deliver measurable impact.
BrookTech is proud to be a recognised UK and Ireland Smart Industry Readiness Index (SIRI) and Operational Readiness Index (OPERI) Training and Examination Centre. Through this, we partner with the International Centre for Industrial Transformation (INCIT) to provide internationally recognised assessment frameworks, training, and certification to help organisations understand their digital maturity and build clear, structured roadmaps for Industry 4.0 adoption.
Our team brings together expertise in digital strategy, manufacturing systems, data, and operational excellence. Whether supporting SMEs taking their first steps into digitalisation or larger organisations scaling advanced technologies, we focus on delivering practical outcomes, not just strategy.
Based in Sheffield, a city with a rich industrial heritage and a growing innovation ecosystem, BrookTech is ideally positioned to support the next generation of smart industry regionally, nationally and globally.

In that role he was instrumental in shaping AI Factory messaging in partnership with NVIDIA and built a customer community of over 600 members, making complex AI concepts accessible to audiences from the C-suite to engineering teams.
